Initiation Phase

Pre-construction planning
In this stage, we aim to enhance project predictability in terms of cost, scope, and operational performance. Our pre-construction planning includes:

- We build relationship with your neighbours from the very start
- Gantt charts are established to schedule tasks for clarity

Construction Phase
Once all preparatory work is completed, the actual construction work begins. During the construction phase, we undertake the following:
- Site managers coordinate with and supervise subcontractors
- Site Safe approved training is mandated for site managers
- Keep track of construction progress in real-time through Builder Trend
- Weekly meetings are held to recap progress and identify priorities in the following weeks
- Maintain good communication about the building work with your neighbours
- Take site safety seriously and keep the construction site in the clear at all times
- Landscaping is included in our solution for the new builds
- LBP Builders get down to framing, building envelopes and interior fit-outs
Post-Construction
The completion of a construction project is an exciting time, but it can also be overwhelming with the amount of paperwork involved. Rest assured, we are here to guide you through this process. Our post-construction phase includes:
- Complete all punch list items
- Conduct a final inspection and walkthrough
- Get all the necessary certificates approved
- Perform a thorough handover to you, the owner！
